When you export your leads from Program Analytics you also extract some additional relevant information. For each lead, you can see their contact details, but also which type of action they have taken in the SpecialChem environment.
The “Lead Type” is the action taken by the lead. The different types are explained as following:
- Lead from Document PDF: the lead has downloaded a PDF document (case study, technical brochure, or a Tech Paper provided by the supplier),
- Lead from Product PDF: the lead has downloaded the original product TDS in PDF format,
- Lead from Product Abstract: the lead has view in full page a product page in the Universal Selector,
- Tech Video viewing: the lead has watched a Tech Video,
- Contact Supplier / Sample request: the lead has requested a direct follow-up by the supplier by filling a form,
- Webinar attendee: the lead has attended a live webinar,
- Webinar download: the lead has downloaded a webinar presentation and/or watched the webinar On-Demand.
